Workthrough joined TGC as its first Fractional Head of Learning and Product Development to redesign and facilitate Catalyst, TGC’s flagship multi-day career course for women+ in Canada. The aim: an engaging, inclusive, dynamic program that equips participants with practical tools and tailored strategies for career advancement.
Workthrough designed and implemented Nia Centre’s first performance management system, linking annual reviews to meaningful skill development and career pathways through an accessible competency framework.
Workthrough partnered with WSP Canada’s Black Professional People Network to create COMPASS, the company’s first career development and coaching program for racialized employees. Through personalized coaching, interactive workshops, and practical tools, the cohort-based program strengthened participants’ career management skills and increased their confidence in navigating and growing their careers.
