Chi-Chi Egbo is an award-winning career strategist, speaker, and people development consultant. With over a decade of experience in HR, leadership development, and career programming, she has helped more than 1,000 people grow their careers and guided organizations in building inclusive, effective talent strategies.

Her expertise spans startups, global organizations, and government agencies, and she has appeared on CTV Your Morning, in The Globe and Mail, and Teen Vogue. As the founder of Workthrough, Chi-Chi’s mission is to equip organizations with strategies that make career growth accessible, equitable, and impactful.
